If you would like to create unlimited energy in your life, you may want to consider learning more about feng shui. This ancient art and science can lead to good luck, good health, wealth, and endless energy and vitality.

Many people probably wonder whether the things they hear about feng shui are true or just exaggerations. It doesn’t seem possible that just rearranging furniture or throwing out clutter could result in wealth and luck! Of course, you want to take care in considering this, because there are now so many individuals who are trying to sell feng shui items to unsuspecting buyers, even when they have nothing to do with authentic feng shui. One item often discussed is jade in feng shui. You can commonly see jade used in Asian cultures, so doesn’t it seem like there might be a good reason why? What is it about jade and feng shui principles that can help you? Let’s start by examining the role of this important element within the ancient practice of feng shui.

History of Using Jade and Feng Shui
Clearly, everyone is aware that jade has always been popular in Asian cultures, and in particular China. Throughout the ages, jade was easily available, and being so soft, it could be sculpted and molded into a variety of shapes and forms, unlike hard gems and other stones like diamonds which required much more work to polish and cut.

The use of jade in feng shui however didn’t happen right away. The authentic history of feng shui does not actually contain any use of jade, not does it teach about particular qualities of jade that are special or “magical”. Yet it is clear that this element is very valuable, especially to Chinese culture. Through the centuries of the widespread Chinese empire, the art and culture of jade has always occupied a very special value, much like the value given to diamonds and gold in the West. Jade found a use in both very fine and high quality art objects and cult statues, as well as being used to ornament the burial furnishings for important members of the imperial family.

Jade and Feng Shui Move West
As the art of feng shui has been becoming more well known in western cultures, it has been too easy for it to be contaminated, since as always, there are dishonest people who will just try to make easy money from preying on others. These scam artists realized they could fairly easily talk westerners into believing the “healing” power of jade and feng shui. Since both jade and feng shui have been important for a very long time in Chinese culture, it has been easy to get people to believe the two are somehow connected.

Yet the authentic practice of feng shui does not include any special reference to jade. There is no specific lucky or healing properties associated wit it. Jade may be used to add the element of metal to a room, or simply as appealing artwork for decoration, since using jade in feng shui in this way can be completely appropriate, but that’s about all. Feng Shui Tip #1

Most of us would easily relate feng shui to the practice of achieving harmony with the elements and the environment through proper placement and arrangement of space and matter. However, do you know that feng shui can also deal with abstract like love or romance.

Feng Shui Tip #2

Want to improve your romance? First, clean up your home and free it from clutter. This is because a messy or cluttered room does not promote proper flow of chi. Instead it will leave it stagnant and stale.

Feng Shui Tip #3

Bedroom, for most of us, is for rest and relaxation only. Hence, do not bring work into the bedroom as the stress of work will permeate the feeling of harmony and make your love life stressful. It is also advisable not to work out in the bedroom as well since the strain and exertion of your exercise could remain and affect your love life. That is Feng Shui Bedroom for you.
